Water:
Agriculture's Biggest Unknown

Ever wonder how much water our food drinks?
We sip 2 liters daily. Our meals guzzle 3 tons, a truckload of water.

70% of freshwater we use is allocated for agriculture.

About 80% of that water comes from precipitation - simply put, rain.
As the weather becomes increasingly unpredictable, our $4.3 trillion food production face unforeseen water risks

We created the world's first playbook for water-agriculture adaptation solutions

Two ag professionals and a water engineer at Stanford saw a problem: there's no guidebook to tackle water risks in agriculture. We assembled a team of 30+ experts in science, business, and operations to solve this interdisciplinary challenge.

Our first mission was to map every water solution in agriculture. This is how we created world's first comprehensive adaptation playbook. After the launch, a number of incoming inquiries made us realize the market needs better tools to plan for water volatility. Now, we're building exactly that.
